Do come along and say hello! We will be at the Show on both days with the Fell Pony Heritage Trust stand, helping to raise awareness of the traditional hill-bred Fell Pony and gathering continued support to protect our iconic Cumbrian hefted herds.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Lake District fringes, the Westmorland County Show is a fantastic day out. Voted one of the UK’s favourite agricultural shows and welcoming over 37,000 visitors annually, it is a true celebration of rural life. As a major livestock event featuring classes for cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, alpacas, and heavy and light horses, there is so much to see and experience.

While visiting our stand, make sure to take in the wider show: meet the local Fell ponies in their show classes, get up close to magnificent livestock, marvel at the fast-paced show jumping, discover interactive displays in the Learning for Life Marquee, get inspired by the WI’s crafty creations, or cheer on your favourites in traditional Cumberland & Westmorland Wrestling.
